Login and registration

How to register?

When placing an order in our online shop, you are prompted to register at the end of the order process. If you prefer to register first, simply press the jersey symbol in the upper right corner.

How do I login?

If you are already registered, you can login during your order process. Otherwise you will have to register at that point.

What do I do if I forget my password?

In case you forgot your password, you can select "I have lost my password" and enter your email address. You will automatically receive an email with your new password.

My login/ registration does not work. What can I do?

If you encounter problems during the registration or login process, send us an email to merchandising@adler-mannheim.de including the error message and, if possible, a screenshot.

How do I change my password?

Once you are logged in, you can change your password in your account settings. The account settings are accessible through the jersey symbol in the upper right corner.

Is it possible to track my order?

After finishing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including the tracking number.

Is it possible to deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver to PO boxes.

Who ships my order?

The orders are shipped by DHL/Deutsche Post AG.

How do I find specific products? How do I search for them?

You can look up specific products by pressing the search button (magnifying glass), which is located in the upper right corner. In order to find the products you are looking for, you can enter keywords, product names or the article number if available. You can sort the search results by price, relevance, customer rating, name or publication date of the product.

Where do I look up to my order history?

You can access your order history in your account. Your account details are accessible through the jersey symbol in the upper right corner.

Order process

How do I order?

After choosing a product and adding it to your cart, you can either add additional products or proceed to checkout.

 

Your cart is giving you an overview over your added products. It is still possible to change your order. If everything is correct, please press “checkout”.

In case you are not, you now need login or register.

After logging in you are able to place your order by selecting your shipping address or payment method.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is 20€.

Which methods of payment are accepted?

National orders can be paid by credit card (Master Card, VISA), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or cash on delivery. International orders can only be paid by you with credit card (Master Card, VISA) or Sofortüberweisung. In addition, payment via PayPal is available for orders within the EU. More detailed information is available here.

Do you ship for free?

National orders of 30€ or more qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately, we can not ship international orders for free.

Was my order successful?

Your order was placed successfully, if you see an order number at the end of the ordering process. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or the spelling of your email address. Please feel free to contact us via email (merchandising@adler-mannheim.de .) if you did not receive a confirmation of your order.

How do I change my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after it was placed.
